A military service member is any person who is currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, or Navy.
Reservists and members of the National Guard or State Guard may also receive benefits as active duty service members if they are currently serving on active duty.
MIL-LIC-001-E – Military Supplemental Form (PDF)
(Required for all submissions using a military pathway.)
This form must be included with your license application to ensure your application is expedited. Include the appropriate license application when applying by:

MIL-LIC-002-E – Affidavit for Military Service Members and Spouses (PDF)

This form must be notarized and submitted with the Military Recognition of an Out-of-State License (PDF).
MIL-LIC-003-E – Military Request to Renew Expired Texas License (PDF)
Use this form to renew an expired license while you or your spouse were serving on active duty. A license cannot be renewed if it has been expired for more than five years.
MIL-LIC-004-E – Military Recognition of an Out-of-State License (PDF)
Use this form to apply to work in Texas with an out-of-state license that is similar to an occupation regulated by TDLR.
LIC-017 – Social Security Number Status Certification (PDF)
Use this form if you do not have a Social Security number, are correcting a Social Security number, or are adding a Social Security number.
